Feeding Unit

Main moter,suction blower and dust suction are frequency control.
The speed can be adiust freely with synchronous belt drive.
Double rubber feeding roller ,mechanical or servo blower are optional.
UK CT,JAPAN NIDEX drive system.
The bottom feeding roller is ZWZ design,HMI.

Adopted to Windows system,easy to perate.
One touch machining setting with zero function,which with memory can be connected to ERP system.

Printing Unit

With skip feeding function attache to vacuum suction box. All suction wheels is ceramic material.
The vacuum suction box is with light pressure setting to improve printing quality.The printing quality .The printing pressure adopt European special high inking technologe of piston type regulating 0.015 to ensure accurate to avoid the paste version problems.
Automatic recycle washing system(about 5 minutes).
With ink shortage alarm to avoid the wastage.

Slotting Unit

Precise slides for knives setting to assure accuracy along with memory orders saving.
Top and bottom slotting head with high accuracy machining to assure accuracy and lite span.
Moisture creasing system is optional for better folding.
Frequency adjust the slotting knife,which is more accuracy and stable.
Optional General 6-shaft,Double Slotting head 6-Shaft (Big pre-creaser),Double Slotting Head 8-Shaft (Big Pre-Creaser).

Die Cutting Unit

Fixed rail anvil roll attached with re-grinding system to keep anvil cover surface smooth.
Speed compensation system to keep anvil roll speed always the same with die cutting roll speed so that die cut accuracy is exact.
Anvil roll is bush design,lateral movement is 80 mm.
Registration adjustment adopt brake motor, electric or computer control.
Lateral adjustment adopt electric or computer control for a range of 15mm.
Waste paper transport structure can quickly discharge the waste paper.
Touch screen control.
Servo independent drive.

Stacker

Main drive: Frequency drivve moter.
Adopt PVC conveyor belt to deliver.
Stacking height is progressive revel and controlled by photoelectric switch with programming.
